Privacy policy

This policy covers rapiddigify.online. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to match what the site actually does, not what a template says.

Who we are

Rapid Digify, an SEO and AI search agency. You can reach us at hello@rapiddigify.online about anything in this policy.

What we collect

When you submit a form

The free audit and contact forms collect your name, email address, website address and, on the contact form, your message. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission, because that is how the spam and rate limiting checks work.

When you just read the site

If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.

Spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the IP address and some browser signals in order to decide whether the submission is automated. Cloudflare acts as a processor for us.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you. That is the only reason we ask for your email address.
• To prepare the audit or answer the question you asked.
• To stop automated submissions filling the inbox.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

The lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and free of spam.

Who else sees it

• Resend delivers the notification email that carries your enquiry to us.
• Cloudflare runs the spam check on form submissions.
• Google Analytics, if enabled, for aggregate traffic reporting.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the server logs that contain IP addresses.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to any other party for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted, and in any case no longer than three years. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Analytics data follows the retention setting in the Google Analytics property, which is 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rapiddigify.online and we will do it within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection regulator if you are not satisfied with how we handled it.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies only if the measurement ID is configured. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie during the spam check. You can block all of these in your browser and every page of this site will still work.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of the page. See also our terms.
