These terms cover using rapiddigify.online, the free tools and the free SEO audit. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ that agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read, print and share anything published here. You may not republish our content as your own, scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors, or use the free tools to resell a service.
The free SEO audit
The free audit is provided as an opinion based on publicly available data and whatever access you give us. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. We may decline to run one, and we may stop offering it at any time.
Free tools
The tools are rate limited and provided as they are. Output from any tool that uses a language model may be wrong and should be checked before you publish it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of tool output.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee any ranking position, on Google or anywhere else.
- We do not guarantee that any AI tool will mention your brand. Model output is outside anyone's control.
- We do not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, revenue or leads.
What we do guarantee is the scope and the turnaround times written into your agreement. If we miss them, you can end the engagement with 30 days notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us and everything we produce for you, once it is paid for. We may reference the work in a case study only with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Liability
Our liability for any claim connected with the free parts of this site is limited to zero, because they are free. For paid work, liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
